Al-Diwan Terms & Conditions


1. Introduction

Welcome to Al-Diwan Club — a private, members-only space dedicated to fostering community, creativity, and connection. By signing this agreement and becoming a member, you agree to uphold the club’s policies and contribute to a safe, respectful, and enriching environment for all. In addition to this agreement, members acknowledge and accept the Al-Diwan Operational & Security Guidelines, which cover important policies related to facility access, emergency procedures, technology usage, and member responsibilities.


2. Membership Terms & Fees

2.1 Membership Eligibility

●      Membership is open to individuals aged 25 years or older.


●      All members must complete the official registration form and agree to the terms outlined in this document.


●      Final approval is subject to management review and discretion.


2.2 Membership Fees & Payment

●      Membership is currently $89 per month, subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.


●      Payment options include monthly or annual billing, depending on the member’s selected plan.


●      Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the club.


●      Late payments exceeding 7 days may result in a temporary suspension of access until the account is settled.

2.3 Renewal, Freezing & Cancellation

●      Membership auto-renews unless canceled at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.


●      Members may request to freeze their membership for up to 3 months per calendar year (e.g., for medical or travel reasons) with prior written approval.


●      Memberships suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refund.


3. Code of Conduct


3.1 Member Behavior

●      All members must act with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.


●      Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.


●      Members are financially responsible for any property they damage, and repair/replacement costs must be paid in full.


●      Deliberate destruction of property may result in immediate membership termination.


3.2 Noise & Disturbance

●      Please maintain a respectful noise level in all shared spaces.


●      Use of headphones is required for personal devices.

3.3 Dress Code

●      Members are free to choose their attire, as long as it does not include nudity or explicitly offensive content.

3.4 Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol & Substances

●      Smoking is strictly prohibited within Al-Diwan Club premises.


●      Vaping is currently allowed, but this policy may change if it negatively impacts the health, comfort, or environment of other members. The club reserves the right to restrict or prohibit vaping at any time.


●      Alcohol consumption is not permitted on-site.


●      The use or possession of illegal substances will result in immediate membership termination.


4. Guest Policy

●      Each member may bring up to two guests at a time.


●      Guests must be 25 years or older and must register upon arrival.


●      Members are fully responsible for the behavior, conduct, and compliance of their guests.


●      Guests may visit a maximum of two times per month, regardless of who invites them.


●      Frequent guests may be invited to apply for full membership.


●      A guest access fee may apply for certain visits, events, or peak times. The stander guest fee is $15, and may vary based on the day (e.g., weekends) or if space is limited. Pricing will be communicated in advance.


5. Facility Access & Security

5.1 Access & Digital Keys

●      Members will receive a digital access key or entry code.


●      Sharing access credentials with non-members is strictly prohibited.


●      Lost or stolen keys must be reported immediately.


●      A $10 replacement fee applies for lost access keys.


5.2 Surveillance & Privacy

●      Security cameras are installed for safety and protection.


●      Footage is reviewed only in the event of incidents or policy violations.


●      Member privacy is respected at all times.


5.3 Gaming Equipment & Facility Use

●      Members must treat all gaming equipment, electronics, and shared amenities with care and respect.


●      Any intentional damage, misuse, or tampering with club property may result in fines, suspension, or termination of membership.


●      During peak hours, time limits may be applied to gaming sessions or other high-demand amenities to ensure fair access for all members.


●      Members are responsible for reporting any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to club staff or management immediately.


6. Equipment & Facility Use

●      Members are expected to handle gaming equipment, furniture, and other amenities responsibly.


●      Intentional damage or negligent use of equipment may result in financial penalties, suspension, or permanent termination of membership.


●      Al-Diwan Club reserves the right to impose time limits on gaming sessions or other high-demand activities during peak hours.


●      Any damaged or malfunctioning equipment must be promptly reported to management.


●      Members should leave all shared spaces clean and organized for the next user.


7. Reservations & Events

●      Members may reserve specific rooms or equipment in advance, subject to availability.


●      Private events must be approved by club management in advance.


●      Event cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to receive a full refund.


●      Management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel reservations if necessary.


8. Policy Violations & Disciplinary Actions

Violation Action First Verbal Warning Second Written Warning + Possible Suspension Third Membership Termination (No Refund)  


Severe violations (e.g., harassment, theft, property damage) may result in immediate termination without prior warning.


9. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By becoming a member of Al-Diwan Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following: ●      I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my use of the club facilities, including but not limited to injury, illness, personal property loss, or damage.


●      I understand that Al-Diwan Club, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred while on the premises, whether caused by equipment, facilities, other members, or unforeseen events.


●      I agree to use the club responsibly and follow all safety and usage guidelines.


●      I release and hold harmless Al-Diwan Club, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to my participation in club activities or presence on the premises.


●      This waiver applies to myself and any guests I bring into the club.


10. Amendments to Terms

Al-Diwan Club reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Membership Agreement and related club policies at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any material or significant changes to the terms. Continued use of the club following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


11. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing our application form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Al-Diwan Membership Agreement, Club Policies, Liability Waiver, and any future amendments communicated by the club.
